Yes. After your first session, you can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring bookings from your account dashboard. Recurring clients receive a 10% discount automatically applied.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred professional and time slot. Same-day bookings may be available depending on availability in your area.
Absolutely. You can browse and select from available professionals in Step 3 of the booking flow. If your preferred professional isn't available on your chosen date, you can either wait for their next available slot or choose someone else.
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session starts. Simply log into your account, go to Upcoming Bookings, and select Reschedule. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.

Your card is charged at the time of booking confirmation. We use Stripe for secure payment processing — your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden booking fees, service charges, or platform markups on top of the listed price.
Yes, and it's appreciated! You can add a tip during checkout or after your session via your booking confirmation email. 100% of tips go directly to your professional.
Our Professionals
Every professional goes through a 6-step vetting process including identity verification, criminal background check, reference checks, experience assessment, and Luminae standards training. Read more on our Standards page.
Yes. All Luminae professionals carry $1M general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage during a session, you're covered. Contact us within 48 hours of your session if you notice any issues.
Yes. Unless you prefer otherwise, professionals arrive with all professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific product preferences (e.g., allergy-safe or eco products), you can note this during booking.
After every session you'll receive a review prompt. If there's an issue, you can also contact us directly at support@luminaehome.com. You can block a professional from future bookings at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. Read our full Cancellation Policy.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Contact us at support@luminaehome.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
In the rare event a professional needs to cancel, we'll notify you immediately and offer either a rebooking with a replacement professional at the same time, or a full refund. This is our guarantee.
Your Account
You can book as a guest, but creating a free account lets you manage bookings, save your address, build a relationship with your preferred professional, and access loyalty discounts.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a minute. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
You can request account deletion from your account settings, or email us at support@luminaehome.com. We'll process it within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Safety & Trust
Your safety is our top priority. Every professional is background-checked and identity-verified. You also see their full profile, ratings, and reviews before booking. You can track your session in real time and rate your professional afterwards.
No. Many clients aren't home during their session. You can leave a key or use a lockbox, and we'll send you a session start and completion notification. All entries and exits are logged.
All payments are processed through Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest standard. Your card details are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store your full card number.
