We contact and verify two professional references. Positive references from previous clients or employers are a requirement for approval.

Every approved professional completes our proprietary training on our quality checklist, product usage, client communication, and safety protocols.

Ongoing Performance Review
Professionals are reviewed after every session. Ratings below 4.5 trigger a support conversation; persistent quality issues result in removal from the platform.
