The short version: New customers in participating service areas get one standard cleaning for $49, subject to cleaner availability. Add-ons and specialty cleaning are not included. One per household. If the clean does not meet expectations, tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean, refund, or waive the charge.
This promotional offer is available to eligible new Luminae Home customers within participating service areas and is subject to cleaner availability.
The offer covers one standard home cleaning service based on Luminae's standard cleaning checklist. Specialty services, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, excessive buildup, interior appliance cleaning, interior window cleaning, laundry, organization, and other add-on services are not included unless specifically stated at booking.
The offer applies to homes up to 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Larger homes may require an additional charge, which will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
The offer is available only in participating Luminae service areas and is subject to cleaner availability in the customer's location.
Limit one promotional cleaning per household and/or customer account. The offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or credits unless otherwise stated.
Any services requested outside the included cleaning scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before additional charges are incurred.
Customers may cancel or reschedule in accordance with Luminae's standard cancellation policy. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee and may make the booking ineligible for the promotional offer.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your eligible promotional cleaning, contact Luminae within 24 hours of service completion and tell us what did not meet expectations.
Luminae may first offer an opportunity to address the concern, including arranging a reasonable re-clean of the areas reported. If Luminae is unable to resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, the eligible cleaning charge will be refunded or waived.
The guarantee applies only to the cleaning service covered by the promotion and does not include optional add-ons, cancellation fees, tips, damages unrelated to the cleaning service, or services outside the agreed booking scope.
Requests must relate to the quality of the completed cleaning and cannot be based on circumstances outside the cleaner's reasonable control, pre-existing damage, permanent stains, excessive buildup, inaccessible areas, or services that were not included in the original booking.
Luminae reserves the right to verify eligibility and prevent misuse, duplicate claims, or fraudulent use of the promotion.
Luminae may modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotional offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Bookings already confirmed under the promotion will remain subject to the terms presented at the time of booking.
