Our commitment in plain terms: We believe everyone deserves access to professional home cleaning services regardless of ability or disability. We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and welcome your feedback.
Luminae Home Services is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide a website and mobile experience that meets or exceeds the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility is not a project with a finish line — it is an ongoing practice woven into every design and engineering decision we make. We evaluate new features for accessibility before they go live and schedule regular audits of existing functionality.
Luminae is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to close all known gaps. Our target is full AA conformance by the end of 2025.

Our platform integrates third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Checkr (background screening), and Google Maps (location services). While we encourage our partners to meet accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces provided by third parties. We will advocate on your behalf if you encounter a barrier with any third-party integration used on our platform.
